Climate and Clothing
In early December, Nagoya usually experiences cool and dry winter weather. Average daytime temperatures range from 8-13C, while mornings and evenings can be significantly colder, sometimes dropping to around 3-5C.
Due to recent climate variability, occasional fluctuations occur, and temperatures may be warmer or colder than average in some years. Rainfall is generally limited, but sudden showers are still possible.
We recommend that you bring a warm jacket or coat, along with layers such as sweaters or cardigans that can be adjusted depending on the temperature. A scarf and gloves may also be useful, especially in the early mornings and evenings. Comfortable walking shoes are advisable for your stay.
